Also known as Eleanor of Australia, or by her designation in the Catalogue of Empire, E2.

Born in 1155, her reign began in 1204 and ended in 1215.

Her daughter, Eleanor the Third, was born in 1180.

Eleanor the Second is credited with creating and standardizing the Décret system of governance and for beginning the process of creating a civil service.
