Eleanor the Fourth

Eleanor the Fourth Empress of Australia as depicted with wings

The fourth in the line of Empresses, she was also known as Empress of the Long Winter as she reigned for the entirety of the disaster caused by the eruption of Mount Tambora in the Straits of Australia.

Born in 1204, her reign began with the sudden death of her mother on April 3rd, 1222. Foul play was suspected, and the young queen was rushed into hiding in the Spirit Mountains to the Palace of the Seven Stars.

Eleanor the Fourth was considered a capable and adept ruler who helped expand the Empire through a series of trade deals and cooperative agreements rather than through military means.
