Eleanor the Twenty-Fourth

Eleanor the Twenty-Fourth

Eleanor the Twenty-Fourth (E24) is often referred to as The Green Lady of the Empire. She was responsible for creating the Great Gardens of New Calais and expanding the restrictions on logging within royal forests.

She chartered the first royal parks with the Great Parks Decree, opening up long forbidden lands to use by the general population. She was responsible for the Native Wilds Decree, which made it a crime to knowingly transport non-domesticated animals from one area of the world to another.

She also created the Oceans Preservation Decree, which limited fishing in and travel through certain parts of the ocean so that fish, whales and other sea creatures might have places of respite from human interaction.
