The Autonomous Capital Region of Pørtland (Pørtland ACR) is the greater metropolitan area surrounding the capital of Cascadia.
Under the terms of the Great Cascadian Compact, the ACR holds a special place within the Sovereignty. Within the capital region, the Overborgmeister is the de-facto leader in all matters relating to the region. Their power within the region surpasses even that of the First Minister, as has been confirmed by the Supreme Court and Council.
