A Witness-Public is a person designated by the Crown of the Empire of Australia to witness and certify contracts between two or more parties in the Empire.
An official contract between two parties is then affixed with the seal of the Witness-Public and the contract is officially entered into the Record of Contracts kept by the House of Laws.
