A Witness-Public is a person designated by the Crown of the Waka-Krangere of Australia to witness and certify contracts between two or more parties in the Waka-Krangere.
An official contract between two parties is then affixed with the seal of the Witness-Public and the contract is officially entered into the Record of Contracts kept by the House of Laws.
