Purity Control is a violent offshoot of Josephine Imre’s Purity movement. Purity Control has claimed responsibility for the kidnapping and killing of more than 43 employees of Morgen Genentech and Paralux Unlimited.
The leader of the group is known as the Dark Angel.
Critics of Purity have claimed that Josephine Imre’s dark rhetoric is responsible for encouraging the activities of Purity Control. Still, she has denied any involvement and has publicly stated on multiple occasions that she does not believe violence is the answer to the questions posed by her movement.
Despite this, rumours have circulated since Purity Control first began activities in 2018 that Imre secretly directs the group’s activities and that the Dark Angel is her second-in-command.
