The position of First Minister is the highest position of government within the Independent Sovereignty of Cascadia. The First Minister holds the title of Head of State and Head of Government for the nation-state of Cascadia.
The role is elected to serve five-year terms by the popular vote of the people and forms a government after election.
The position is currently held by Nathan Chambers.
