The United Baltic States is the political union of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The union was formed in 1924 in the wake of the Russian Imperium’s invasion and conquest of Ukraine in 1922 and Belarus in 1923. The United Baltic States immediately formed an alliance with the Empire of Australia for their own protection against their larger neighbour.
