Foreign Council

The Foreign Council is an advisory council to the Empress of Australia and the second-highest-ranking council according to the “Rank and Privilege” Décret 177. It ranks just below the Privy Council.

The Foreign Council advises the Empress on all matters related to foreign relations and administers the system of foreign embassies throughout the world.

The Foreign Council is one of two councils that may recommend to the Empress that the Empire go to war, the other being the Defense Council.

The current makeup of the Foreign Council is as follows:

Chief Councilor: Amina al-Fasi (Middle Eastern descent, female)

Second Councilor: Yuki Tanaka-Smith (Japanese and Australian descent, female)

  • Kofi Asante (Ghanaian descent, male)
  • Carmen López-Kahui (Spanish and Māori descent, female)
  • Aisha Rakotoarison (Malagasy descent, female)
  • Tane Henare (Māori descent, male)
  • Fatima ibn Zayed al-Nahyan (Middle Eastern descent, female)
  • Linnea Magnúsdóttir (Icelandic descent, female)
  • Xavier Andrade-Nkosi (Spanish and Zulu descent, male)
