Gilberto Roderigo Silva III is the current president of the United States of New Spain and is currently in the first year of his second 7-year term in that role. Previously, Mr Silva served as Director-General of the Neo-Spanish Mint, the Chief Economic Adviser to the previous President Manual Antonio Garcia, and before that as a Senior Delegate to the Congress.
